Funding for a solcitor

Public Funding can be givin to you in which allows your solicitor to represent you at, for example the Magistrates Court and Tribunals.

For cases in Court or Tribunal under the Help at Court Scheme or for representation at a Mental Health Tribunal or Immigration Appeal Tribunal you must satisfy the same income and capital requirements necessary for Legal Help.
